Ethosverse Portfolio Management Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand Ethosverse portfolios' needs and objectives.

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to gather detailed business requirements.

• Apply SAFe principles to ensure alignment, transparency, and collaboration across teams.

• Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts.

• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, risk, and dependencies.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.

• Participate in retrospectives to identify areas for improvement in processes.

• Identify and mitigate risks related to requirements to ensure timely project delivery.

• Provide training and support on SAFe principles and business analysis techniques.

• Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing priorities.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

• Analytical thinking to break down complex plans into manageable tasks.

• Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Collaboration experience to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Adaptability to learn new methodologies and problem-solve dynamically.

• Proficiency in documentation and understanding of business processes.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially SAFe, is advantageous.

Plus

• Previous experience in business analysis or similar roles.

• Basic technical knowledge or relevant certifications.

• Understanding of product development lifecycle and software concepts.

• Relevant certifications such as CBAP or SAFe Agilist are beneficial.

Employment Details

• Employment Type: Part-time consultant role, designed to accommodate individuals' other engagements while contributing to Ethosverse portfolios.

• Compensation: Payments will be made on an hourly basis, offering flexibility and autonomy to consultants.

• Benefits: Medical insurance/EPF/ESI benefits will not be provided. However, recognized consultants may have the opportunity to receive stock options over a 4-year period.
