Welcome to Olive, the digital team assistant. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Olive, including any related services and features. By using Olive, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Olive.
Use of Olive
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Olive. By using Olive, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
2.2 User Account
To access certain features of Olive, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use Olive for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Interfering with the operation of Olive or others' use of Olive.
Uploading or transmitting any harmful or malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating your affiliation with a person or entity.
Intellectual Property
Olive and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of Olive without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Services
Olive may integrate with third-party services, such as Slack, Confluence, Pinecone, OpenAI, and Flask. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Olive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of Olive. Your use of Olive is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Olive.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olive, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Olive or violation of these Terms.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use Olive after the changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Olive at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Olive is based, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
